1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

- Show no signs of damage, wear, or modification
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Due to the handcrafted nature of custom work, all custom order sales are considered final.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or production begins.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
